Through classroom sessions focused on grammar, vocabulary, conversation and accent training, we build the English communication skills and confidence of underprivileged youth.

Additionally, we provide computer training programs ranging from basic digital literacy to advanced software programming and technical certifications based on each student's aptitude and career goals. Equipping youth with in-demand IT skills gives them a competitive edge in the job market.

Our skill development initiatives continue empowering marginalized and women with pathways to prosperity
For marginalized women from economically backward communities, our skill programs aim to help them 'learn and earn'. We operate vocational training centers in Guntur and Anantapur districts, imparting skills like tailoring, leaf plate making, crafts, food processing and more based on local needs.
By providing expert training in these vocations, we boost the self-esteem and productivity of women. Many start micro-enterprises or obtain jobs, transitioning into financially independent entrepreneurs and professionals. Our centers empower rural women as breadwinners for their families. We implement these initiatives in collaboration with government agencies like NABARD and DRDA.
